Key Result Areas
• Management for the Technical Dept, including building up of staff and resources, and controlling the budget
• Responsibility for the definition of the performance envelope for FIBRA products, and input to product development programme
• Responsibility for the process referral system for pilots, commercial plants, and technical sign off for warranties
• Management of the R&D programme
Supporting Objectives
• Provide technical support to sales and asístance in meetings
• Write articles and make presentations
• Assist in market and application development, with particular reference to the oil and gas sector
• Participate in Board meetings as a co–opted member as required
